THG Properties is a company specializing in hotel property management.
Based out of the Twin Cities metropolitan area, THG Properties was founded in 1994.
THG Properties is a hospitality management company based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, which was established in 1994. All properties managed by THG Properties are owned by our parent company – working closely with ownership, we are able to focus on consistent customer experiences across all of our properties. THG Properties currently operates hotel properties in New Berlin, WI, Red Wing, MN, and throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area. We focus on limited service and extended stay hotels that cater to the needs of business and leisure travelers in these markets.
Greg Timm, the President and Founder of THG Properties, grew up in the hospitality business and has gained extensive knowledge of the industry through his many years of working in hotels. Since the founding of THG, we have added multiple upper-tier limited service properties to our portfolio. Most recently, we developed and constructed the Home2 Suites by Hilton Eden Prairie and the Home2 Suites by Hilton Plymouth, opening in April 2017 and June 2018, respectively. THG Properties focuses on the acquisition of established hotel properties and the construction and development of new properties.

Our Team
Greg Timm
President
Greg Timm is president and CEO of THG Properties and founder of the parent company, Timm & Associates, Inc., which was formed in 1994. He has been a part of the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Greg has led the company’s overall strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and development including multiple hotels under a variety of national franchise brands, which are owned today.
Chris Eoff
Vice President of Facilities & IT
Chris Eoff joined THG Properties as its Operations Manager in 2004 and has over 15 years of hospitality experience. Chris has worked tirelessly and was promoted to the senior management team of THG Properties. Currently, as Vice President of Facilities & IT, his responsibilities with THG Properties range widely, but include overseeing the physical plant of each location, renovation projects, IT support and management support.
Sedona Timm
Capital Projects & Finance Manager
Sedona joined the THG Properties team in 2018. She is responsible for overseeing Capital projects, including hotel renovations and acquisitions, and assisting in the finance and accounting department within THG Properties. Sedona graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Inter College Program with focuses in Applied Economics and Finance.
Amie Terfehr
Training Manager
Amie Terfehr oversees the training of our management team and assists in special projects for THG Properties. She has been a member of the THG Properties’ senior management team for a number of years, after starting her career with the company in 2004 as a Front Desk Associate and receiving several promotions. With over 10 years in the hospitality industry, as well as experience working with each location, Amie takes great pride in motivating and assisting our management team.
Beth Timm
General Counsel
Beth joined THG Properties as its General Counsel in 2004. Prior to joining the Company, she was a partner at the Minneapolis law firm of Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. Beth’s legal expertise is in the areas of real estate, commercial lending, developer’s counsel and construction law. She works with THG Properties providing legal counsel to the company for project development, construction matters, investor structuring, and debt and equity financing. Beth completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa and graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 1994.
